  • General Shipping Terms
    • By placing an order on MySouq.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
    • We currently only ship within Saudi Arabia and do not offer international shipping.
    • All orders are fulfilled directly by sellers located in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Pakistan, and China, and delivery times vary based on product availability and shipment origin.
    • Orders are processed and shipped only on business days of supplier's country of origin.

    • Next-Day Delivery is available in select locations where Sellers and Buyers are located in the same city within Saudi Arabia
    • Orders shipped from UAE, Pakistan, and China may take 5 to 12 business days due to customs clearance and logistics handling.
    • Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery time at checkout.

  • Shipping Fees & Charges

    • Domestic Shipping (KSA)

      • Shipping fees depend on the weight and delivery location.
      • Orders may qualify for free shipping, subject to promotional offers.
      • If a customer rejects a delivery for reasons other than damage or incorrect items, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

    • Internationally Fulfilled Orders (Shipped to KSA from UAE, Pakistan, and China)

      • Shipping fees for international fulfillment are calculated at checkout.
      • All orders fulfilled from UAE, Pakistan, and China are subject to customs regulations in Saudi Arabia.
      • Customers may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or any applicable import taxes for international shipments upon delivery.
      • Customers are responsible for providing any required information for customs clearance if requested.

  • Order Processing & Tracking

    • Order Processing

      • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
      • Orders containing multiple items from different sellers may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

    • Order Tracking

      • Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an email with order details.
      • The customer can track the order from the order history at MySouq.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

    • COD is available only within Saudi Arabia for selected products and sellers.
    • Customers must pay the full COD amount before opening the package.
    • If a COD order is refused upon delivery, the customer may be restricted from future COD purchases.
    • COD is not available for orders fulfilled from UAE, Pakistan, or China prepayment is required.

  • Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Attempts

    • Our logistics partners will attempt three (3) delivery attempts before marking the order as undeliverable.
    • Customers will be notified of each delivery attempt via SMS or call.
    • If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the order may be:
      • Rescheduled for a later delivery
      • Returned to the seller, with shipping fees deducted from the refund amount

  • Returns & Refunds

    • Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy
    • Customers must ensure returned items meet the required condition and packaging standards before initiating a return.
    • Refunds will be issued after verification of the returned product(s) by the seller or MySouq.

  • Force Majeure & Unforeseen Delays

    • Mysouq.com shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to

      • Customs clearance delays
      • Political instability
      • Airline or shipping disruptions
